Meet Alef beyond Real Estate

I’m currently a student at Northeastern University studying economics and finance. Before that, I went to St Mary’s in Lynn, where I won two state championships. I’ve always loved sports, especially football and basketball. I even coached in the Special Olympics where I helped adults learn the game of football. I’m a big Patriots and Celtics fan since sports have always been a big part of who I am.

Lately I’ve been getting into boxing and working out where I’ve been getting stronger everyday. I also make content about my life, where I travel, and some real estate topics too. I like sharing what I learn and showing people what I’m working on. In addition I was lucky enough to be part of the NU. in program where I was able to spend my first semester in Paris and travel different parts of Europe like Italy and the United Kingdom. Lately, I’ve been trying to learn new hobbies like cooking, snowboarding and fashion to express my personal style.

Why did I join Real Estate

My real estate journey started long before I ever thought of it as a career. Growing up, my dad had been in the industry for many years, and I was also around developers and others who helped teach me, which made real estate feel familiar instead of intimidating. I was lucky enough to be hands-on early, working on a flip with my dad when I was 14, where I helped with demolition and cleaning on a single-family property in Lynn, Massachusetts. I still remember how bad the house smelled, even years later, and that experience showed me the real work behind the process.
